Month 3 of quarantine and we needed something to brighten up the day and to safely celebrate mama's 40th. What makes things better? Yellow!! They say the color Yellow is the most luminous of all the colors of the spectrum. ... It's the color of happiness, and optimism, of enlightenment and creativity, sunshine and spring. So we decided to put on our yellow, jump in the car and head out for some pizza. Yep Pizza. We decided to head to Warwick Vineyard and Winery, a beautiful vineyard and great views in the Black Dirt Region of southern Orange county in New York. Due to Covid-19 we could't picnic on the grass but we were able to sit outside for lunch and take in the beautiful view.
The truffle fries and meatball sandwich were great BUT the fresh margharetta pizza was amazing and the service was tremendous. Can't wait till go back again when the vineyard is completely open !
